I am so glad I live where snakes don't. I rank them up there with deer flies, Mosquitoes and bats for terrible critters that should be eliminated.

Bad day here. My best coffee cups have migrated to the brooder shed. The WWD is refusing to jump on her broom and fly out to get them for me. The coffee tastes "bitter" this morning. I have no idea why, it is my good stuff. I wonder if someone is trying to poison me.

but now you have to wonder, who is letting the little assassin into the house?

Ooh those are pretty we get Black Headed grossbeaks and I only found out because I looked Red Breasted up to see if we get them....



We get alot of exotics moving up from South America on their way up north... but these guys are local.
