At least it is now above freezing, though not by much. But this wind is a killer!! I've never seen so many wind chill advisories in one winter season before... *sigh*

I did my chicken chores, Now I get to go out in the Global Warmth and go to town. I got a birthday card for DSO's granddaughter yesterday. Which is good, except he needed one for his Grandson! It must have been a Brain-Freeze!

Well, it was a fun day. -laughter was abundant! -very grateful to live near Mom and spend good times with her. Coffee is currently being chugged before making the sprint outdoors to tend the chickens. Whew. Cold (relatively speaking) here with a stout wind........

I understand. Time evaporates too quickly. I savor every moment, and more so now, as the years come. (Dad passed 20 years ago.) -such a joy to have Mom in my life (and the lives of my kids) on a regular basis.

Now........time to try some new coffee creamer. -hubby went to the store to fetch a few things and brought back some café mocha creamer. -thought I was finished for the night with caffeine, but I reckon that stuff just needs to be sampled!
