I'll cook. It's been my job the last 25 years. The Princess cooked the first 25. Wonder who cooks the next 25?

I've been down and out with a mean virus and i am just catching up.
I am so glad to know this. I can feel less guilty for my cooking apathy now.
And the time line is about right for me to have been so ...fed up (Ha it's a pun!) with cooking.
I do believe that the next twenty five for you guys is take out. Although, restaurant food will shorten your lives, and we can't have that.

I think all the meds to keep the virus at bay did not let the migraine happen. I did throw my back out from all of the coughing so ... 6 of one, half a dozen of the other....

Stay away from crowds- this is so worth avoiding...even if it means you have to stay in and...gasp,... cook. (my husband made us chicken soup.

)

Glad your feeling better! I know I am really sick when I can't drink coffee.

I know the "tired of cooking" feeling. After so many years of cooking for everyone else and usually eating last...well sometimes you just want someone to cook just for you! Now for my ( 1st )cup of morning coffee. Yum.

It's been another trying morning here - I'm ready for the weekend...a GOOD weekend.

Horse continues to grow worse after doing well, chicken coop did not hold up to rain and I need to put a better roof on it, my eggs are two days late, blah blah blah...

But for the positives, I have a job, my bills are paid this month, I caught the hound dog finally, my husband bought me a triple chocolate cake, I'm enjoying the book I'm reading, and am always entertained by BYC.
