Sometimes for a really dark/strong brew, Alaskan also roasts moose berries.

Guess it's a matter of culture and taste.

There are no caribou anywhere near Alaskan's house

There are lots of moose and moose berries, bunnies and bunny berries,and voles and vole berries

But the moose berries are not roasted and made into coffee, they are made into earrings and necklaces.

but there really is CaribouCoffee. How do they make it?

Alaskan. The Princess has moose 'berry' ear rings. I don't nibble on her ears when she wears them.

Caribou coffee is good. C'mon, you really do roast the berries, right?
