The bread is raising and then will need to be shaped. I am going to clean out the cockerel cages and then time the pie and cookies to cook after the bread comes out.

Don't use soap on a leather couch! @Alaskan - my mom taught us "hot chocolate in cold blood" to remember hot hot water gets out chocolate and cold cold water gets out blood. Use hot water on a dish towel right away or wait til it dries, chip it off with your fingernail and then do the hot water thing.

Good luck - your spouse sounds a little crabby!

The bread is rising, the lemon filling is cooling and the pie shell is blind baking in the oven.

The chocolate chip cookie dough is resting in the fridge.

I am in a baking mood today!

I cleaned out the cockerel cages and will brew some espresso to go with the goodies. I am also listening to the chickens making their egg song sounds!
