Got the plow truck stuck so bad I had to call the tow truck.

I don't think I got stuck at all last year. And, this was the first plow of the season, as well as the first tow truck call.

At the first snowfall we used the back blades on the tractors, since the plow truck was in the shop for the first snowfall.

I woke up to a chilly 26 here in Middle Georgia. Gran and I are sitting here with my first cup after putting the Turkey in the smoker. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Baking potatoes for 'inside outside potatoes'. About to start on the mushrooms and squash. Thanksgiving dinner at 3 o'clock at our daughter's home. A happy Thanksgiving day to all - eat much, laugh often, love deeply.

Back atcha. We are having it late. A friend is working today so we are delaying for her. (Gives me more time to tidy up.

We never have a big gathering anymore. We have simplified to the pleasant people, the simple good food that we actually like -no collard greens- and a decent bottle of wine.
And thanks to drumstick diva. a fun movie for dessert.

The last pie is baking and I am checking in on BYC before getting ready to travel--two and a half hours north to my Mom's place at 4500ft--not far from the north entrance to Mt. Lassen.
