I think, down here, we've started.
Which means summer is in a couple days.
Although, my pear tree has just started it's Autumn colors.

I do not know what anything means anymore.

-sort of can relate. Our trees are budding (despite the sleet yesterday). Some of the spring bulbs are emerging from the ground.
.....more coffee. That is always a good answer - for any situation.
-drinking a nice, hot cup this morning and contemplating what to do for the son. He turns 21 today. -reckon there'll be a dinner party at some point. (hope he doesn't have too much "studying" to do or pupils to tutor this evening.) Hmmmm.

It was over cast and rainy all day. no vampire things, but he's a feb.2 boy so I assume he's a groundhog since it's his day.

If our ground hog sees his shadow? We'll let you know in a few weeks when we get him thawed out.

ALASKAN - just an FYI. Found your polar vortex!!! -26 F here again this morning. You can have it back anytime it's killing our heat bill!

Even my emoticons are frozen this morning so if I can get all these critters using me as their heating pad off me I'm heading for the coffee pot. BRRRRRR!

I'm homeschooled, and the one thing I love about that (actually one of many) is getting a morning cup.

And I had to fight a coworker for my thermos of coffee--he forgot his.

Kept wanting mine, until he finally went and got his own. And then of course I didn't drink all 16 oz. of mine, so I showed him the cup of cold coffee and said, "Here, you want it?"

Of course he didn't. -_- What's wrong with him?

I was homeschooled for 6 years, and went to public school for 6 years. Got the best of both worlds personally, I prefer home school. Of course, chickens and coffee just make it even better!
