Sitting with a cup of coffee. (coffee lovers)

Well at least you're a good enough sport to (try) drink the coffee the seven year old made. You made me laugh out loud and now my dogs are looking at me like I am nuts.
Yeah, DH would never!!!
My coffee tastes.. Uh... Well.... The seven year old made it.

As to spring, we had maybe three or four days of that... But I think today is fall. I woke up to frost.
Mine is wonderful. I usually make the coffee and I can't figure out how to get my cream and sugar the way I like it, but I got DH to make it for me this morning and he does it perfectly!!!!
Spring, huh? Same here. =(

Not legally.

All raptors are super protected by the feds. Not even native americans can kill them without jumping through federal hoops.
What?!?!?!
I'm supposed to just let it eat my chicken heads one at a time?????????
I'm glad I don't have a problem with owls. Nothing gets very big around here unless it's fed by humans. *whew! So, my chickens are larger than most of the owls.

Why are you doing that to coffee? I think it is illegal.

???????????????? Dairy fat and chocolate make everything better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Illegal? No, you have me confused with someone else. =D

Oh, sorry.
I struggle between being on a diet, trying to figure out what to eat/avoid to get healthier, and giving up on all of it and accepting that my lifestyle dictates that I'm going to weigh X. KWIM?

Lol..it's fine I am just teasing. I used to be rail thin for so many years and I was sick all the time. Then the 'middle age' that you think is never going to get you..got me and I am a little on the 'fluffy side' thing is though is that (even though I missed work for 2 days this week) I am hardly ever sick anymore. I used to get colds that would go into bronchitis and pneumonia almost every year. Now if I start to get sick I have reserves to fight it off with..Yes that's it I have reserves...lol When I got sick this week it was the first time in nearly 2 years that I missed work. I just need to trim up a little and my biggest weakness is hot chocolate coffees. (that's what I call it when all that yummy stuff is added) I am pretty happy with my X weight and I am just under 6 feet tall. I just need to be sure not to gain anymore or I'll need to be 7 feet tall.
What does KWIM mean?

@blythspirit fluffy? Reserves? I like it!! I can't wait until the next weight conversation I have, seeing someone's face when I talk about my extra fluff :gig

With extra poundage, does that make me a fluffernutter?

My apologies to all, but this guy pretty much owned KWIM for a few years . . . .:)15 -:25)

Alaskan locked up the chickens in the coop area and the owl has not gotten them for 2 nights now lets hope that my luck does not run out

In my experience the owl will continue to return on a daily basis just 'in case' your birds might be accessible. They are brazen and bold - sort of like a feathered weasel or mink.

Maybe while the owl is waiting for the chicken dinner that isn't forthcoming, he'll turn his attention to certain small rodents?

Voles beware.

edited to add: The Princess plus our son and his family have gone into NYC to see a play. I am baby sitting JoJO the Pomeranian (are they really dogs?). I think he is suffering separation anxiety as he has not shut up for the last 2.5 hours. I would love to feed him to a GHO.

The problem is that we had a giant bunny explosion a few years back... There was a LITERAL carpet of bunny poop from one edge of the world to the next.

The bunnies are now close to the population ebb, so the giant predator increase caused by the bounty of bunnies is translated to a giant number of hungry predators. It will probably be much worse next year, because we are not yet  all the way to the bunny bottom.
