Your summers are hot and humid I'm thinking. Does the ocean cool you off at all?

I guees I mean the gulf. The weather is always talking about the warm gulf air in the summer.

Me, I am all coated with warm air. Yep, I feel it all right. All I have to do is trudge through the snow to know that the snow is warm and super heavy wet snow, not cold like sugar snow.

We got some of that warm snow today too. It'll be really wet in a few days. I hope.

Yes and it's the worst. Everything feels so icky and sticky during the summer. I could live without humidity.

I love high humidity when it is paired with heat.

All of the ladies have fewer wrinkles, and I get to pretend I am a fish swimming through the ocean.

As a very young sprout I lived in coastal Texas areas, and LOVED the heat and humidity.

Oh, as to the coated in sweat feeling... Shower before you go to bed, go to bed with your hair wet, one thin top sheet and fluff it a few times before you fall asleep. When you fluff the top sheet, that is old time air condition!

My grandma would take us all and cover us in powder after our bath to keep the clean feeling for a little longer.

Windy and mid-60's right now, headed for a low in the upper 30's. Tomorrow's high is forecast to be around 50. Oh, well, we've had a couple of days of sunny and 70's, so I can't complain.

Gotta admit, I do complain when the daytime highs are in the 90's and the nighttime lows are in the low 80's. The humidity around here is so high, everything mildews, and the air is so thick I can't decide whether I should try to breathe that stuff or drink it!

this sheep ain't changin' pastures I like the warm fuzzies and the yummy coffee on this side of the fence
