Here in the desert we have tree frogs and Toads.... Every time we get a good rain you can see the toadies out and about looking for a girlfriend..... they burrow down in the dirt and hibernate. our rainy season is in the dead of winter too.

The frogs hang around the Vernal springs.... which only dry up for a month or two each year. And of course there are the occasional stock ponds out there... My neighbor Tom has one stocked with Cattails and gold fish and several frog volunteers....

No desert here, LoL I live on the St Johns River.
We have all sorts of critters including some very big gators and many snakes only 4 species are poisonous though and I usually don't invite them into the house or play with them.
I think my favorite tree frogs are the barkers
Durring mating season they make so much noise you can hardly hear yourself think.

Just another sunny day in paradise here.
After my morning cup and omlet I just might take the bike for a ride if it co operates and starts.LoL
Weather sunny with a high of about 80deg just right for a little cruise.
