I was wondering about that @perchie.girl after I posted. Wondering if for a good taste test, I should really crack them all and separate the white from the yolks, and then weigh out the SAME amount of yolk and the same amount of white, then add to the recipe.
Because yeah, I think the quail eggs are probably more yolk than white compared to a chicken egg.
I think chicken and duck are the same yolk to white ratio..but an interesting thought.
