Be careful with that Aleve even though it's over the counter it's pretty powerful stuff. Very hard on the stomach and liver especially if taken with alcohol. My 90 year old mom was taking meloxicam She didn't tolerate N saids very well. She stopped taking it after I read that one of the side effects could be sudden death. I didn't know cats could do that. I'll have to try it with moms cat we need to cut down on the electric bill and that just might do it, note to self. Need more coffee here kitty kitty. LmaoRead up on it.... its a NSAID... which is neither hear nor there.... just a strong one. One dose per day. I am taking alieve which is also an NSAID... and when I choose to take the regular dosage get reliefe pretty quickly.... But it does a number on my gut. sigh. I will talk to a doc once i get on board. I am going through MediCal through Covered California. Medi-Cal originally was set up for low income families with children or elderly or emergency surgery like for Cesarian sections... But typically its not offered to people with more than one car or who have houses.... Obamba care only goes by income... So the application is twirling in Cyber space like a hot buttered cat array....sorry my latest humor about cats has been a bit dark.....

Finishing up on my treadle feeder project.
I actually enjoyed building this, usually I like the "having done part" better than the "doing part" but I pretty much enjoyed this all the way through.

yep. learned that lesson the hard way too. I now keep a fully stocked animal first aid kit on hand "just in case" so of course I haven't needed to use more than the probios
