Sitting with a cup of coffee. (coffee lovers)

I remember Bob Lilly trying to dig a hole in the frozen tundra, sad but a Cowboy win did not happen that day.

Bart Starr and company won in the final seconds.

I'm not that deep into the NFL, but DH is. I watch (read crochet or BYC while the game is on and I'm sitting next to DH) the game with him. lol

@TeaChick My experience with an espresso machine was that I didn't use it after the novelty wore off, too much work. But I bought a Nespresso machine a year and a half ago, and that one I use every day, it's super convenient. The coffee is a bit expensive, but tastes good. I gave away my regular coffee machine a few months ago because I hadn't used it in over a year. My machine makes both cappuccino and espresso, plus tall versions of both. And with real milk, not any powdered stuff.

DH is willing to put the work into a latte, and I'm willing to do the work for him.
For me, I would just get one of those washable filters for a drip coffee maker and drink that.....

Someone will have to let me know which one.

My brother-in-law really splurged on an espresso machine (yeah, like close to 4 digits worth...much to the chagrin of my tighter-than-two-coats-of-paint sister). I didn't *get* it until he fixed me a cup. Oh, yeah. Frothy and little chocolate designs on the top. I could sit all day drinking that ambrosia.

Actually, it's a godsend as he's so intent on his task in the morning that we don't have to listen to him grousing.
I'm a morning person and DH isn't, I wonder if that's why I have the task of making b-fast/coffee in the morning, even though he's way better at it all....hmmmmmm

Ron I have seen those.... The coffee goes in the bottom right? I may have to indulge in one for coffee at the house....

The pot un screws in the middle. There is a coffee basket with a stem that goes into the bottom. The bottom is filled up to the presser release valve with water. ground coffee or espresso goes into the basket and it is screwed back together. It then goes onto the stove at a low-medium temperature until the water is forced though the grounds under pressure.

It is done when you hear the gurgle! The pressure is not as much as the expensive espresso machines but it is enough to come close to it.

I use mine several times a week but you could use it as your only source of coffee too. They are great for camping too. Makes the other campers jealous.
