I prefer half and half.. I've become almost a snot about it just like I am with my eggs. ..my daughter bought a dozen from the grocer for some excessive holiday baking and I had almost forgotten how pale and flat they were.. Kinda like putting skim milk in coffee

I learned to love coffee because of 1/2 &1/2. Now I make my coffee very bold to compliment it.

Haven't had to buy eggs for over a year. When my girls started laying, the biggest surprise was the wonderful rise their eggs give to pies and cakes. Bet your daughters baking results were kinda flat

We have not had those predators here since all our pens and runs are covered with welded wire. So they know they can't get our birds. But these dove could bring them here.

Sorry I've been out for so long. We've been trying to get chicken work done in between semesters.
