Bwhahahah.... I have seen that view many many times.... One time after she galloped over the top of me.... she turned around and said.... "Whatcha doin down there???" My first mare was the spook queen she really taught me to ride.

Sitting with a cup of hot coffee and looking at the outdoor thermometer which reads about 22 degrees. It warms up during the day and so most of the snow has melted from the snowstorm that has set out across the United States. There's interestingly square patches of snow on the lawn which correspond to the shade thrown by the house, sharp delineation and definite right angles.

It does warm up to a yardworkable 40+ -- yesterday I painted run panels and the paint didn't freeze but dried -- but today is Sunday and things will amble along slowly, like a leisurely breakfast once spouse awakes and reading the Sunday paper. Just pondering things and wishing the garbage collection came later in the week so I wouldn't feel compelled to fill the cans NOW during the weekend with yard trimmings...which means yardwork. Oh, not now. I'm enjoying my coffee.....
