Sitting with a cup of coffee. (coffee lovers)

Every time I think of selling it all off and moving I take a good hard look at the barn.
Plan diverted.
(I'd take my kayak and leave everything else, but he had 1/2 of the junk before we got married,....and has not used it yet...just saying.)
Maybe you can sell to someone just starting out and throw in all the garage stuff as incentive.

My husband has a compressor off of a WWII merchant ship. It is big, heavy, and has never run...but we have to keep it. I am going to use it as his headstone. The epitaph will read :"I will get this running someday!"
He bought it when he was seventeen. He 'gave' it to our son when he turned 17. So it will get given to every male child when they turn 17 into infinity.
That's a plan.

Mine has bits and pieces and parts of riding tractors and mowers everywhere. He keeps constructing leantos to hide them under.
He has sheds full of important "stuff" he hasn't seen in 20 years.

3goodeggs - you have bees? I love bees - please tell me about your bees!

And chickisoup - you are my northern heroine - but I guess you are a long-suffering one...

I actually love snow (she said hiding under a chair) but it is a lot of extra work with animals!

Alaskan - how are your little chicks?

More pics everyone - please!

Yes. I have bees! The are nice bees. I have pictures

We have split the hive so we need to buy another queen for the nuc. I am still thinking that we are going to get a swarm from this hive, but my husband the expert says no. I say yes. We shall see.... I'd place the wagers on me.

I did a lot of planting in my bee garden. When the snap dragons and pentas start blooming I will add more photos. I rooted a lot of Angelonia, So that should look nice too. I want to get some blueberries for it because bees love blueberries.

My husband made me this bee gate out of a palate. He owes me one for my garden, but I do not know what to carve into the garden gate. radishes, maybe.

I would poke fun of the husbands hoarding stuff for years that they have never used or even seen

but I might make the mistake of looking in the mirror

I hope it all goes smoothly ! Door County is beautiful. Had the opportunity to visit and stay in a cottage on the lake once! I would love to go back.

My attic is full of stuff. All good stuff. My kids and DSO think I'm close to a hoarder. But it's not like a hoarder place. you can get through and I know everything I have. No hoarding here.
