Welcome aboard Reese... Last time I had lamb was about two years ago.... I seem to crave it about once every two years. Rack of lamb I havet tried cooking yet. This was a small leg braised with veggies which keeps the moisture in.New to the coffee thread![]()

Personally I've only had rack of lamb one time. I was probably about 19, and I found it q bit tough and stringy. Maybe it was the cook...but since then I've been too scared to try again.
As for other foods, I'm open to TRY almost anything. Yet I've become very picky the older I get.
Thanks to all first the warm welcomes!
what exactly is the main topic of this thread? Is it duck or chicken specific?
We did let our guard dog roam free for the first time last night, since he learned to jump over the fences and has been retrained to NOT jump over the fences! LOL He's now a 24/7/365 guard dog whom we feel very safe leaving our flock in his paws!...He actually had a rooster, whom he plays with, in his paws this morning, all he did was lick it!
I think the rooster took it as a "tasting", but never a tooth on him!![]()
Other than that, it's oppressively hot & humid here, sippin the java indoorsuntil the sun goes down a tad...![]()
Ever have people look at you funny for drinking coffee in hot weather?
Yes, or in the afternoon. coffee is good all the time!
