Oh okay. Well here I am. How are you?

Well..... I now know hat all of my friends are liars!

When I asked them how bad my hair was thinning they told me that my hair really wasn't thinning at all.......


We had our first sunny day today, and I was outside for a few hours without a hat, and YEP my scalp is sore!

I do the same thing. Learnt all about propogating persimmon trees and all their different varieties one afternoon before remembering I don't have a garden...

Wait till it peels all in one big chunk..... been there done that....   Those same friends wont look you in the eye for fear they see that big fat chunk of scalp working its way off....

You probably didn't get it that bad.... When you wash your hair I know you have to take shower for this. Pour a little vinegar mixed in water for your last rinse. We used to do that to minimize peeling. It also cools the burn if you don't have a scratch or something.

I have had the top of my head burned so many times. and the tops of my ears burned down to the cartilage.... That wasn't pleasant.
Happened when we lived in Vegas... I was about twelve.

I spent most of my childhood after that and way into my early twenties wearing either a Cowboy Hat or a Baseball Cap... and my hair down over my ears.

That was before we knew about UV and skin cancer...

I didn't even know that was possible until now! So thankful right now I'm a hermit and spend most of my time inside
