I’m turning a shed 8x8 measurements from the outside. And building a run that is 8x24(192sqft) run. Is this big enough for 20chickes?

"The minimum rule of thumb is about 2 to 3 square feet per chicken inside the chicken coop, and 8 to 10 square feet per chicken in an outside run. More square footage is better."

You would be at absolute max capacity.

If the run is totally predator proof so you do not have to close the pop door to the coop, yes, it will be big enough.
...and weather proof.

Is the shed metal or wood?
Pics would help.
