Well, I read this thread strictly because I want to get some quail and start raising them for food, eggs and to sell and my biggest questions were, HOW do I butcher them and CAN I butcher them. You guys have helped a lot with that. As well, seeing them cooked helps with the CAN question, lol. Thanks so much!
