What does he advise ??
To move back the time that I fall asleep an hour every two days. So to go to sleep at 5 am for two days in a row, then 6am for two days in a row, and do that progressively until I'm going to sleep in the night when I want to. Then once the time that I fall asleep is correct, he said to take a low dosage of melatonin, 0.5-1 mg about 5 hours before I should go to sleep.
