Sleep problems are the pits. I'm in the middle of a bout of insomnia myself. I feel like I sleep properly one night a week, after not sleeping the other 6 nights, I'm so exhausted I sleep for a night. Last night was good. I only got up about 3 times. The night before was bad and I was doing things in real life based on things I'd been dreaming, my husband said I seemed awake and lucid, but it was some sort of weird equivalent of sleep walking/talking. I hope you can get some good data and get to the bottom of things. It certainly can mess with your head.
