My pullet who is 12 weeks old has had sloppy light brown poops now for the past several weeks. I thought maybe it was the heat at first. Now I am wondering if it is something else. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old. She is a little light on weight due to what ever is ailing her. In the past week, I just added probiotics, food grade DE, kelp powder, avia charge 2000 and flax seed oil to her rations hoping it will help. She also gets out to free range occasionally. I may just have to take a fecal sample to an avian vet to have it tested if this does not clear up soon.
Anyone have any experiences with sloppy brown poops? LOL it looks almost like what a human would put out!
BTW if it's parasitic, how long will it take for DE to take it out??
