Slow Growing Chicks

Hi, I am in need of some help. I originally hatched three pekin chicks from my hen. They are now nearly two months old and two of them have barely grown.
They have been given chick crumbs etc as usual and I’ve never had problems like this.
One of the chicks however was a lot bigger than the other two so I have now took the two off Mam so I can keep an eye on them. They have some bald patches so I think they might have been picked on. However they are still moving around, happy and healthy.
Has anyone got any tips on what I could possibly feed them to get their growing back on track, it would be appreciated!

Posting pics would help.

If these chicks are failure-to-thrive (FTT), they could have underdeveloped organs. Try Poultry Nutri-drench for a week or so, giving it to them in their water so it appears as weak tea. You can also give a few drops each day directly into the beaks.
