Slow Night Here In Quailville

It is 22 degrees here at 9 a. m. in Georgia. We have lived here in this house something like 8 years now, never had a water pipe break. This year we had two of them break(and we have been through a couple ice storms that never broke any). It is supposed to get up to 52 today, after the last week and a half, we should be pulling our jackets off. I have had just one quail die but several chicken chicks did not make it.

Im sorry to hear about the pipes. I know its a pain to get them fixed we started off the day in the teens this morning maybe it will get into the 40's today

Starting to warm up here, down to only 32 last night, might get up to 60 today. Might be able to get some outside work done this weekend, except its supposed to rain. Maybe I can work on the quail cage under the house.(its up on stilts)

I got to take a few pics this morning but don't have time to post. I've got some dark ones, and some yellowish ones. One of the darker ones looks like it is going to have white on its breast. My husband finally saw the other eggs in the incubator that I put in on the 5th. "where did all those quail eggs come from?" "outa the mail"

Wants to know if I'm going to separate colors of leave them all together, told him it would depend on whether or not I could figure out who was a hen and who was a cock.
