I JUST CUT HARDWARE CLOTH WITH STRAIT TIN SNIPS... LIKE CUTTING PAPER WITH SCISSORS

Try them tin snips on some 14 ga. or bigger welded wire. Like cuttin' rocks with a butter knife, lol.
