I had a black wyandotte mix, She was huge! I thought for sure she was a boy! finally she laid eggs, they ended up small and stayed small, but very fertile.

There are terrific pictures of a young SLW cockerel in this thread, post #10. Look at the black area just below the neck feathers on his back and then the un-patterned white feathers on the wing. That's what is missing on yours and it means much more than size of wattles.
