Small bump above nostril

I found a bump near my 2 month old Australorp's nostril and I'm trying to figure out what it is. I noticed it last night when I was putting her in the coop for the night and it wasn't there yesterday morning. It doesn't look like an injury. She is in a large run with 2 other chicks same age (lavender orpington and silver laced wyandotte). The run is separated by hardware cloth to integrate them into the flock of 3 older hens (buff orpingtons). Bedding is sand in the run and the coop has Aspen. No other symptoms and everyone is fine. I just wanted to catch this early in case it's something that needs to be treated. I hope these pictures are ok let me know and I can take more

How is your chicken doing? I've never had this issue. Did you learn anything searching the internet? In my experience chicken health issues have been a long slow learning curve and a lot of googling. But fear not they are pretty hardy .

She's doing the same. It got a little bigger but nothing else is going on. I'm watching it and I'm going to try warm compresses tomorrow if she lets me lol. Google hasn't been helpful it's always so extreme just like googling human symptoms. I hope it's nothing serious and the compresses help. I don't know what else to do really.
