Small chick

I have an Olive Egger that is smaller than the others. She eats and drinks just fine. I did remove some ick from her rear but it wasn't coming from her vent. I did notice her poop was white, but it wasn't difficult to wipe off. Any ideas? They were born 3/3.

hmmmmmm.....

ive had some incidents with small chicks, some were disabled, died of natural causes, and one, easter, had pasty butt, and died of that or some other causes.

I dont think it was just pasty butt, so if the chick is not doing well, and seems do give up, try to help it, if u cant, culling is nessesary

Could just be a runt, could be failure to thrive. If it's a runt it can possibly catch up later on. FTT, that means there's something wrong internally and the chick isn't likely to recover, but not much you can do about it.

It may just be her/his size my smallest chick wasn’t fine for the first few days and is now perfectly fine but still is smaller than the others
