She has quite a bit of swelling in her left eye. You may want to flush that with saline and press any pus out of the eye then apply an eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye.

Were you able to get any pus out of the eye?

Yes, used a q tip, then rinsed it with tears, and put erythromycin over it.

Used erythromycin in the eye everyday, no puss the past couple days and I let her out of the coop with the other chickens today. Seems to take a lot longer to heal than I thought it would but the first couple days I didn't get all the puss out. I watched YouTube videos helped me learn.
