Hi! I've noticed in a couple of occasions that one of my female Indian Runners have like a mucus snot hanging from nose/mouth. She is super active and is eating well .. everything else looks good ... but I wonder if I should do something about the snot... maybe early signs of respiratory disease? Anyone have seen this ? Maybe normal? If she has something going on, I don't want to risk the rest getting infected... but I'm confused as she is not showing signs of ill really...

is she finding slugs and eating them because my ducks eat slugs and then they have this mucus snot slime coming out of their bills and they keep drinking water and shaking their head until it's clear

I’d add some ACV with mother into the drinking bucket 1 tablespoon to each gallon it’s a good tonic and can also kill some bacteria.

Thanks! She is 8 months old approx. She eats bugs, slugs she finds around and in compost + I give her greens that I grow organically, papayas, wheat sprouts, cooked peas & lentils, sometimes a bit of oats.. she has a bathtub that's filled with clean water everyday. She gets to clean her nares out in clean water.

She does eats slugs... I'll observe more.

I add ACV in the water everyday as well as minerals because we only have rain water so totally void of minerals....
