Some sprains could, but I doubt the problem he has right now is related to a sprain.

Is it possible the Drakes were fighting? I'd just keep them separated till he heals with his Hen and once he is don't put them back together.

The drakes weren't fighting, and he was separate before he was lethargic

Water in his nose and gurgling probably means he aspirated some water or has a respiratory infection. Do you have a cell phone that does video? If so, take a video, upload to YouTube or Vimeo, then copy/paste the link here.

agree with casportpony - my Pekins leg problem lasted a while - but she didn't have any respiratory issues with it - so there's something else going on too.

If you picked him up while his crop was full of water that could cause the water in his crop to move back up to his mouth. If it does this, that water can get inhaled into their respiratory system. When this happens it can be very dangerous.
