So I bought 30 chicks to raise and sell but I’m having trouble selling them where I live what should I do?!

What are you charging? Rhode Island Reds are pretty much common as mud everywhere, it's a tough market to sell them more than a feed store.

Yeah, at my TSC once they are around 4 weeks old they are getting sold for a dollar a chick (if there are any left that is).

A good safety net would be finding a livestock auction near you. Might not make much, but it is basically a guaranteed sale if you cant sell them anywhere else.

Definitely a trick to posting on craigslist. You want to avoid people who are trying to scam you because there will be some like that. Do not respond to any emails you get via craigslist where they don’t specify exactly what it is you’re selling. For example they say “do you still have it? Do you still have these?”
I put in my ads “serious inquiries only. Only emails with contact information will be answered.”
If someone asks for a code or something of this nature, you need to ignore them, that’s also a scam.
Always arrange to meet in a neutral area for example a gas station or supermarket parking lot. Do not give people your address.

It might be the breed or maybe a marketing issue. Or everyone who wants chickens has chickens.
