I put the eggs in the Mini Advanced on April 25th- around 9 a.m.. When does lockdown begin? May 15 or 16th?

April 25th was on a Wednesday, 21 days from that is hatch day on a Wednesday. Lock down is 3 days earlier, Tues-Mon-Sunday the 13th. Chicken eggs right?
