This is so true hikerchick. People marry and when things start to go downhill, first thing they do is divorce. I divorced once ,and I married again. We have been married for fourteen years. Our secret to our lasting marriage,..he stays in the garage with his car! LOL! Somedays I envy single people like yourself,...

Hey PC! I am not ignoring you, you are making me smile and I agree with your thoughts! You are probably ahead of a lot of us (well I can only speak for me) in being content and happy with youself as a person, single or not. That says a lot. I do think sometimes people put on the dog a bit (married or otherwise), but I also think that we all do sometimes. It's kinda human nature.

When I listen to friends and coworkers talk about their spouses it makes me so glad to be single. I do like myself - which is why I would never let another person make me miserable.
