SO-O-O-O, ANYBODY WANNA IGUANA??

* These are all progeny of whichever ones somebody originally let loose. They weren't running around anywhere that time a day. Just sunning. Well, one had apparently tried to go somewhere-- but, the turkey buzzards were making short work of it-- ALL TOGETHER NOW!!! Eeewwwwwww!!!!

Being from South Florida (born and raised) I can tell you to not call Todd Hardwick. He is an ass.

The iguanas have been breeding there for years and years, I am not sure how far down 441 you are talking but I have seen them as far south as Hollywood.

Hey, with global warming, it may be that wild iguana becomes the replacement for species which will become extinct.

They are supposed to be pretty tasty. We had two as pets years ago and one of DH's coworkers was from Brazil. He gave DH recipes. DH was soooo upset. No one was eating his Little Green Man!

We had driven into southwest Palm Beach County (Boca) when we saw them. Hanging out on the verge beside the movieplex like they were waiting for someone to re-run "Godzilla" for them!! Even the big ones there weren't the biggest we've seen. For a while there was one by the canal near us that I would bet weighed 5O lbs. Big enough for a decent lizard luau!!
