Sorry I forgot to tell you what we cooked yesterday.....Well, it was all day at the Farmers Market so a little short on the cooking......But last night after getting home at about 4:00 pm, putting up unsold farmer's product and afternoon milking and chores , it was:
Creamed chicken
Over rice with drop biscuits,,,,,it was a late meal at 9:20 pm but tasted warm and filling after a long day since 4:00 am.......

Today the hubby is the cooker and he's a great one!!!!!
Brunch meal was Omelete with broccoli and fresh farm eggs (smile) and homemade cheese and herbs...
With hashbrowns.....
Surely was good after the weather this morning - cold and blowing windy rains
