So, what is your job?

I am an equipment reliability engineer at an iron mine in minnesota. I research, plan, and schedule the maintenance that keeps the big expense parts turning. I also conduct failure analysis when stupid happens.
That job sounds interesting....even when stupid happens. Stupid happens here, too - as if it isn't interesting enough here already.

Well I am a couple things... My dad owns a pizza restaurant so when I am free I help make pizzas, I also work at a grocery store that I hate a lot cause I hate people.. But, I am in tractor trailer school to get my CDL and I want to travel, and be alone. Once I get my CDL this will be my life changer.
I hope you'll enjoy trucking. Lots of opportunity for seeing new places and meeting new people with similar interests.

I'm a vet with 16 yrs in the Guards with a Medevac Unit Crewing Blackhawks/ mechanic and on the civilian side a Blackhawk Mechanic DOD technician.

I support adults with developmental disabilities with my full-time job and I also work part-time as a home health care provider (CNA.) Caregiving is all I know and I love it.

Right now, I'm a mom during the week to four boys. We homeschool year around. We have a small farm we are trying to get off the ground. Grew up on a farm and want to give my kids a similar experience.

But on weekends and holidays and when I'm needed, I am a veterinarian with over 10 years experience since vet school. I worked as a veterinary technician for a few years before and during school. Done a lot of different things as a vet, everything from treating Fido's ear infection and giving vaccinations to inseminating horses and cattle to doing research on cattle rumen microbes to working as a government veterinarian. Right now, I work weekends in a hospital seeing whatever walks through the door, which could be anything, lol. I do not give super specific advice over the net, since I can't see your critter, so don't waste your time asking ;)

In my spare time, I was a human lactation consultant while home with my babies, but I scaled that way back. Farming is taking precedence these days.

Early Childhood Education

My B.S. is in Early Childhood Education, too. Even though my intent was to teach preschool or kinder, most of my 24 years of teaching has been 3rd-6th grades. I've found that the ECE background has been VERY valuable in understanding child development, so I know where my students have been and where they're going. It's really helped me to advocate for my own kids, too. Good luck in your studies!
