S is so tame they walked into my hand and almost fell asleep because I was so warm (the weather, I came inside to cool off)

Yep, the smaller ones are all ACs. They’re my favorite variety. Graceful and good at ranging, easy to handle if socialized, never lost one to predation so far (though my rooster lost a few tail feathers). I think they’re just beautiful birds with great personalities once they learn not to fear you.

Yes I agree I got two AC Chicks feb 1 and they turned out to be cockerels both. 14 weeks just started singing and trying to mate. They are always around each other sometimes they do fight it out 😆
 
Oh my soul how sweeett. They are too cute. I love their inclosure.
I made it from cedar fence boards, my favorite material. Very standardized and easy to design around, and they glue together very well. Painted with secondhand paint from the ScrapPDX store. It’s 32 square feet for 9 birds at the moment. Working hard on the coop as we speak
