Yes I have to agree i'm 95% sure you're dealing with CRD or MG. By the sounds shes making, that constant rattly breathing, and I see what looks like dried snot on the side of her face. - Definately not gapeworms. Gapeworm tends to be pretty obvious, they act like they've got something stuck down their throat and do alot of open mouth gaping.

that is cause they cannot breath due to CRD....use your antibiotics...if not better in a day or two then switch to something stronger

Thank you guys for all the help. I started with the duramycin 10 and one hen improved and I lost my production red hen in the video...
