SOMEONE HELP! chicks head turned sideways!!

So I posted a few days ago about my Sucilian Buttercup and her issues. To summarize she's 3 weeks old but looks like she is one week old, loss balance, uses wing to hold herself up, barely eats or drinks.THIS IS WHERE IT GETS WEIRD!! Today I looked in at her and her head was rolled over on one side (imagine the chicks eye looking straight up) and now she walks in circles one direction, and loses balance then wobbles then falls. Any thoughts? Is this bird suffering? Should I put her down?

Sounds like wry neck. You can cure it with vitamins when the chick is young, but the longer it goes, the worse it gets.

I would treat with Corid incase coccidia is causing the unthrifty ness and then do the wry neck treatment also
