Something coming out of hens vent.?!

sorry I don't have picture but my hens vent looks like its being blocked by something red and looks like part of her vent. This is gross but the only way can think to describe it... it looks like its turning inside out.

She seems fine but it looks really bad. we washed her butt off and shes now inside drying . Anybody know what it is? OH! and it does not look like a prolapsed vent to me because it doesn't look like an egg but I'm not sure if it can look like skin to

Any way to help her? Thanks in advance!

I would post a pic for you, but it takes a lot of steps and work for me to do it, but please Google prolapsed vent images and see what pops up. That may give you an idea of what you are looking at.
