Something Is Weird

I have 3 girls with strange feather loss on the neck & 1 girl with rumpled feathers on her back. None of them are low on the pecking order, No rooster, no sign of pests, they all molted last winter (other than the rumpled feather, Scarlett). We have been diligently watching for any feather pulling & nothing. I’m stumped.

That is very typical of feather pecking/plucking. The bird or birds in your flock that are in perfect feather are the culprits.
