I had a recent issue with another one of my drakes having this problem. I had to stick my finger in his vent around the penis and encourage him to contract it back in. Once he started contracting his vent muscles again, I was able to guide it in slowly. Hydrocortisone ointment, anti-inflammatory drugs and rest helped his issue. You can use it 3-4 times a day on them.

I put him in some water today for a couple hours and it's slowly going back in and I put some of that stuff on it
