Something's wrong with my hen

Hen is walking funny (waddling I guess) keeps sitting in a corner and making hiccup/coughing noises.
Every time I moved her she would go back and sit in a corner, I put her outside the coop and and she went an sat at the corner of the varanda.

No she's not puffing up.
She can't even walk now, every time she tries she falls over.
And her bottom beak is lopsided.

How old is she?

She's somewhere in between 7 and 8 months old. She's gotten worse, her eyes are closed and I think she's pooping clear liquid now.

She looks very weak. Is it hot? She could be dehydrated. I would try to get her to take a few drops of water if you can sit her upright. Electrolytes added to the water would be best. There could be one of several things wrong with her. Has she been laying eggs? Check inside her vent with a finger for a stuck egg. Feel of her crop in the right upper chest, to see if it is empty, full, firm, or puffy like a balloon. Look her skin over for mites and lice, especially under the vent area. What color have her poops been lately?
