Songs We Like

Pics
This is a his and hers insert.

My husband is high energy, he gets the job done. He is stubborn and not a I give up kind a guy. He likes some stuff I don't really appreciate but it keeps him moving to get things done. So I pretend to go along with it as long as the chore gets done. This one was on this evening and got him done hanging new 10' gate in our paddocks in double time.
HIS:
This is a little more up my alley. I kinda go for one hit wonders, songs that more unconventional than over played. Obscure time pieces. This is a weird tune created long before then"Rap" craze took over. Not played on the radio anymore because the radio is there to sell music. I just want to hear the old obscure classics like this one.
HERS:
Nirvana gets my gauge up to about 50% but Blondie is definitely 100%
My favorite among her great songs is Call Me.:love HER VOICE IS SO DARN SWEET AND MELLOW. :thumbsup

That's weird because the Scorpions are a European band. However, they've had album covers that were banned in the prissy US. You can say what you want, but heaven forbid someone sees a naked body anywhere but their mirror. Dumb.

Territorial copyrights. When my husband uploads videos on youtube that have copyrighted music in the background, a pop up tells him his video cannot be viewed in certain countries that a license has not been issued or acquired or something like that. He recently up loaded a home video that had Tom Petty super very faintly playing on the radio in the barn. It was only like 10 seconds but google/youtube software registered it and messaged us that we were using unauthorized copyrighted material and our viewing audience is now limited geographically speaking.
Hub tries to use free play (uncopyrighted) music but that was unintended to be in the video but the radio doesn't see the video camera and auto mutes by it's self.
We live in a capitalist society and everybody wants a piece of the pie. In this case the pie is for your ears, not your taste buds... :(

Great songs everyone! Here's one I really like:
I Luv that soundtrack. Listening to it just brought up a long ago (memory of)melody I would hear when my youngsters would watch Holiday Programs. Let me know what you think. The melodies are of similar style.

@Farmer Connie
You posted the Night Chicago Died, a song I used to hear over n over on AM radio. Thought I would share some info about gangster tours conducted here in Chi Town. I never went to any of these tours BTW. Just not my field of interest.

Really like your video. Nice garden. When it comes to Black pets, what do you think of this one???
Another wet night again last night so meeeze and the other half were dodging rain bullets/running in and out of the barn-shop. He was playing some Zep & I thought of you guys and you're post... Hehe

I stopped to smell the roses with this tune on. Sat there with my ice tea, soaking wet clothes, watching the mosquitoes pile up in the screen bag over the box fan under the light.. I was enjoying this tune while @cavemanrich & company was in my thoughts...
This one is for you guys!:ya
