Son's chicken with swollen earlobe, now swollen cheek and eye, HELP

My son's chicken had a swollen earlobe last night and now her cheek and around her eye is swollen. I don't know what it is and I have to help her for my son's sake. She is a feathered foot, not sure what kind. She is eating and grazing fine. It hurts her to touch it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm no chicken health expert, but I do know that a swollen face is a bad thing. It makes me think respiratory disorder. If it were me, I would get some antibiotics into that bird ASAP. I like Sulmet. It's cheap, easy to find, and easy to administer. It has never let me down.
