I saw a post called Mcmurray Hatchery on google. I checked out the site and the chick thing seems very cool. But are the chicks gonna be alright if i order them because they're gonna be shipped.

Yes, they'll be fine. A newly hatched chick doesn't need to eat or drink for the first 3 days because they live off the yolk.
There are alot of good hatcheries and many, many different breeds of chickens. Not all hatcheries carry the same breeds, so you may want to look at several hatcheries before making up your mind.
Most have a minimum order and you either have to order that minimum number, buy insurance against shipping loss, or they will send free "packing peanuts", extra roos to help control temp. in the shipping box. One place that I know of allows you to order as few as 3 chicks, but they are more expensive.
