Sorry - Apology from "Samarai Jenn" about the entire fake story

After reading 37 pages and 370 responses, I have to say that at BYC we have very smart (alert) people, loving and caring people, and people who want to help each other!!!!!!

So the bottom line is that Jenn/Sam/Luke/???? PROVED that BYCers are WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!! People that I want to continue to talk to and open my heart to.

It was just some of the posts that sounded a little to normal for someone in morning. I almost feel bad for this person, clearly you have to be extremely lonely and disturbed to make up something like this. I am glad to know that there are so many caring people on this site. I had a terrifying night when my dog was in the ER and about to die. I asked everyone to pray for me and they were so kind. I don't think any of us should feel bad for praying, though I am still so disturbed that someone would make us all think that they just lost a baby! I feel terrible for the poor woman in the pictures he used!

i'm not surprised, thinking back i caught onto a lot of things i thought were odd but more with the kid's part. i'll admit for awhile i did believe it and i cried too about the baby and i prayed also for the family. i really got suspicous lately in chat at how "jenn" talked about or responded to things and "sam" was just odd from the get go. i didn't report it cause although odd i never fathomed someone could be so heartless to make such a thing up. when i knew it was a fake definately was the photobucket pics. the babies pictured i know for sure is 3 different live babies but i thought it looked like 4 of em. the hats and the wires on the babies kept changeing in the pics and the stuff attached to them and the babies looked to big. how could there be 3 for sure live babies if one was still born??

my friend just gave birth to a still born baby the day after christmas and he was 7oz. i went to baby noah's funneral and was one of the hardest things i ever had to go through but i had to be there to love and support my friends. he died from something genetic 10 days before he was born. although closed casket the hospital took pics of him to play on a laptop atop the piano at the funeral and for his parents to have pics of him and him with his family, i bawled and am now.

such a sweet so tiny little angel who was perfect in everyway. his hospital hat was so small it was the size of a 50 cent piece. yet luke u find it funny? my friends lost a child and his mother was in danger also. u r heartless and rotten!! our byc prayers didn't go un answered baby noah is in heaven and all those prayers were herd by god to help his family and us to get through this tradgedy. u lied but god took our prayers and gave them to a real family that needed them and answered our cries of help.

i've lost two children with misscarriages and i must tell u "luke" i hope GOD has mercy on ur soul for how evil u really r cus someday u will have to answer to him for what u've done. i also had a neice born the 16th and is only days old. she is in nicu due to inhailing her amneo fluid when she was born cuz she couldn't immediately breathe. she was to come home yesterday but i haven't talked to my brother to see if she is home yet. i have been crying and worried sick about her and yet u find it funny my little love bug is in the hospial with something very seriously wrong with her. u make me

. i don't know how u can live with urself but ya know what god gave even more of those blessings and answered prayers to this "real" family. so it wasn't for nothing cause god answered all those byc prayers reguardless of all ur lies.

I am still seriously disturbed

I have always thought that I should make my photo account private but then thought "who is going to want to copy a picture of me or my animals?" Well, I am going to change it now. I am so naive I never thought of someone using other people's pictures to make up some diluted fantasy! I only worried about perverts looking at the pictures. But I wasn't too worried because I have clothing on! I still can't decide what to think. This person is truly sick and disgusting. He should be punished for using those pictures, but at the same time I think that he/she does need some major help. I am talking a psychiatric hospital!

I spent hours chatting to Jenn about all sorts of personal woman things(& it was a guy!) etc & was totally taken in though I did wonder why she was on the web at odd times but I was sure there must be an explanation. I feel rather bad.

i didn't think of that how do i set my photobucket to private??

as for the stolen pics all immages r owned by the photographer so they can press charges for one, the adults in the pics can press them also. copywrite laws were violated.

it it illegal also to impersonate a police officer.

here is the kicker r u ready.... it is illegal for anyone to post or distribute pictures of minors or someone elses kid's who r under 18 without parents permission. now i know this is true in my state i believe cause we r a commonwealth but it might be true in"sam and jenn's" state also so someone should check into it.

After you sign in, at the top right of the page, go to account options to the right of the welcome, your name. Scroll down and there is a option to make your acount private and you choose a password under that. I hope that wasn't to confusing. If you need help, just ask

Rule of thumb for photography, as long as you can see the subject from public property or private property that you have permission to be on and the subject has no expectation of privacy you may photograph them.

p.s. I searched the PA statutes before making this post, if you can find the law that backs your claim please post it.

BTW the people in the photographs that the Troll used can sue for libel at the Troll painted them in a false light by claiming that the person in the photograph had give birth, lost a child or suffered damage in an automobile crash.
