She's not wounded, i checked her she seemed fine.
I don't think she's eaten any toxic, i change their water a couple times a day and their food is always fresh. Also the place they live is clean

Fresh vegetables:cucumber,tomato, lettuce ... , boiled eggs with shells, pasta, sometimes a little rice, and their vitamin supplements . They don't eat wheat and corn just oatmeal .
 
@Maryam. are you in the USA? you need to get your ducks a good balanced feed. It would be very hard for us to put a balanced feed together that is why we buy it already made up
Oatmeal is okay but not a sole feed. Fruits and veggies are good too but only as a treat.

No I'm not in the US. What does their balanced food consist of? Cause there is no duck-specific food here.
